Terms of Use
Effective October 15, 2026.
These Terms of Use cover your use of moliternoinsurance.com, including its pages and forms (the “Site”). The Site is run by Moliterno Insurance & Financial Services LLC, doing business as Moliterno Insurance Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Moliterno Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency located at 211 S Main St, Poland, OH 44514. We are licensed in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and West Virginia. We represent multiple insurance companies (“carriers”). We do not issue policies ourselves.
2. Information only, not coverage advice
Everything on the Site is general information. That includes articles and tips. It is not legal, tax or coverage advice for your situation. Following a suggestion on the Site does not guarantee that a loss or claim won’t happen, or that a claim will be paid. Your coverage depends on your actual policy. Please review it with a licensed agent.
3. Quotes and coverage
- A quote request or form submission does not bind, change or cancel coverage. Coverage is not bound until it is confirmed by us or the carrier.
- Quotes are estimates. They depend on the information you give us, on carrier underwriting, and on the rates in effect when the policy is issued.
- Comparing carriers does not guarantee savings. Not every product is available to every person.
- Carrier features, discounts and benefits are provided by the carrier. They are subject to the policy’s terms, conditions and exclusions.
- You are responsible for making sure the information you give us, including information on any application, is complete and accurate.
4. Forms and how we contact you
When you send us a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. Text messages are covered in Section 5.
5. Text messages
We text only people who have agreed to receive texts. You can agree by checking the SMS Communication Consent box on a form, by giving us permission, or by texting START. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying insurance. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Full program details are in our SMS Messaging Terms.
6. Sensitive information
Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank or card numbers, or medical information through Site forms, regular email or text. If we need that information, we will give you a secure way to send it.
7. Client logins and third-party links
The Site links to carrier websites, client login pages, payment portals and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or security.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes submitting false information, trying to access systems without permission, using bots or scrapers, and interfering with how the Site works.
9. Our content
The Site’s text, logos, graphics and design belong to Moliterno Insurance Agency or are used with permission. Carrier names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the carriers we represent. Please do not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is error-free, complete or always available.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the Site. This section does not limit any duties we owe you as your licensed insurance agent under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Mahoning County, Ohio.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
