SMS Messaging Terms
Effective October 15, 2026.
Our text messaging program
Moliterno Insurance Agency, a registered DBA of Moliterno Insurance & Financial Services LLC, uses text messaging so clients and people requesting quotes can reach us easily. Texts may cover:
- quotes
- policy service
- billing and payment reminders
- renewal and cancellation notices
- ID cards
- claims help
- appointment scheduling
- occasional offers
Some texts are automated notices, and others are conversations with me and my team.
You can join in any of these ways:
- check the SMS Communication Consent box on one of our forms or documents
- give us your written or verbal permission
- text START to the number that messaged you
Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying insurance.
Coverage is not bound until confirmed
A text asking to add, change or cancel coverage is a request, not a completed change. Coverage is not bound, changed or cancelled until we or your insurance carrier confirm it. If you send a request by text, watch for our confirmation. If you don’t hear back by the next business day, please call us at 234-254-5660.
Keep sensitive information out of texts
Please do not text the following:
- Social Security numbers
- driver’s license numbers
- bank account or card numbers
- medical information
If we need that information, we will give you a secure way to send it, such as a secure upload link, an encrypted email or a quick phone call.
Opting out
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP to the number that messaged you. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not get more texts from that number. To opt back in, reply START or contact our office.

Reply HELP for help, or call or text 234-254-5660, Monday–Friday, 9–5.
Message frequency
How often we text depends on your policies and your conversations with us. We send no more than 4 marketing messages per week.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. For more, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Text messages give general information. They are not coverage advice for your specific situation. Your coverage is determined by your policy’s terms, conditions and exclusions.
